Legal shooting light
Most states define legal hunting hours as a set number of minutes around sunrise and sunset - commonly 30 minutes before sunrise to 30 minutes after sunset, but it varies. This works out sunrise, sunset and your legal window for today, and prints a table for the whole month for your exact spot. Set the offset to match your state and always double-check the official regs.
| Date | Sunrise | Legal start | Sunset | Legal end |

โ ๏ธ Sunrise and sunset are astronomical calculations for your coordinates and are accurate to a minute or two, but the legal offset and the exact wording differ by state - some use civil twilight, not a fixed number of minutes. Times are shown in your own device's time zone, so use it at or near where you will hunt for the right clock times. This is a planning aid, not the law. Confirm your legal hunting hours with your state's current regulations before you hunt, and find them in the regulations hub.
